The Mere Collection consists two 4* properties: The Mere Golf Resort & Spa in Knutsford, Cheshire, a 4* deluxe destination offering 81 luxurious guest bedrooms, event capacity for up to 550, a Championship golf course and golf services, and an award-winning Spa & Health Club and The Stanneylands, Wilmslow, Cheshire, a 4* boutique country house venue.

Scope

Seneca Bridge have partnered with The Mere Collection since October 2016, initially being retained to recruit 3 x new members of the businesses Senior Management Team.

These roles being: Director of Sales, Head of Learning & Development and General Manager, The Stanneylands.

Subsequently, we also delivered a 6 month Managed Service Partnership to lead the recruitment of all employees at The Stanneylands following the 4 month refurbishment ahead of the reopening. The partnership also incorporated the advertising and recruitment delivery for all new hires due to attrition at The Mere Golf Resort and Spa.
