Following a management buy out in 2018 Johnsons 1871, a Commercial, Domestic and Specialist logistics business partnered with Seneca Bridge Resource Partners to support its high growth plans following being awarded a national Public Sector Facilities Management Contract.

Scope

The objectives of the partnership were bi-fold:

Immediately facilitating improvements to existing recruitment attraction and selection strategies for all permanent, temporary and casual hires. Both blue and white collar.

To build, implement and handover an agile internal recruitment function and strategy to allow the business the ability to retain long term control without the requirement to engage ongoing external recruitment support such as RPO’s or contingent agencies.
